For Independent Advisors

Graduate to a family office model without rebuilding your practice alone.

SimpleWEALTH is built for advisors who want to serve business owners, post-liquidity clients, and multigenerational families at the level those clients actually need — without assembling the infrastructure alone.

A Different Category

Three advisor categories. Where you sit determines what you can offer.

Traditional

Wirehouse advisor

Operates inside someone else's system, product shelf, and constraints.

Independent

Independent RIA or aggregator

Either building alone or surrendering autonomy to a roll-up with a separate agenda.

Where you want to be
SimpleWEALTH

SimpleWEALTH advisor

Steps into a family office umbrella already built, with capital, planning, tax, and education under one platform.

THE DIFFERENCE ARCHITECTURE MAKES

Two advisors. A meaningful difference in outcome.

Without architecture

Federal long-term capital gains, plus the net investment income tax, plus state tax. No pre-sale planning, no entity structuring. The LOI is signed, the return is filed, and a substantial portion of the proceeds goes to taxes.

With architecture, coordinated by the platform

Strategies the advisor's CPA and tax and estate counsel may evaluate, coordinated before the LOI: QSBS Section 1202, non-grantor trust structures, a pre-sale estate freeze, DAF and CRT overlays, and Opportunity Zone deferral — with the potential to reduce or defer a portion of the gain, depending on eligibility and circumstances.

The advisor who can have this conversation before the LOI is signed is not competing with other advisors. They are in a different category entirely.

Hypothetical and illustrative, for educational purposes only. Not a projection, forecast, or guarantee of any tax, investment, or financial result. The strategies referenced carry significant eligibility requirements, holding periods, and risks; benefits are not guaranteed, may be reduced or eliminated, and vary by individual circumstances and by state. SimpleADVISORY, LLC (d/b/a SimpleWEALTH) does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.

90-Day Concierge Transition

A bespoke onboarding roadmap. No one gets hurt.

A structured three-phase transition built around the advisor's practice — not a generic checklist. Every step is managed by a dedicated concierge team so the advisor stays client-facing throughout.

Days 1-30: FoundationFirm onboarding, custodian setup, advisor profiles, business-model configuration, and communication planning.
Days 31-60: InfrastructureClient data collection, secure transfer, reconciliation, portfolio mapping, and account-prep work.
Days 61-90: OperationsClient meetings, application delivery, ACATS monitoring, and full operational launch.
Growth And Mentorship

The platform invests in your growth and puts you near builders.

Firm-funded lead acquisition routed into the advisor CRM.
Events and introductions where high-net-worth prospects actually spend time.
Social, content, podcast, and SEO support funded as part of growth alignment.
Mentorship and earned founder-network access for advisors who represent the platform well.

Firm funding of leads, events, content, social, marketing, and technology reflects current practices as of the date shown, is provided at the firm's sole discretion for no defined period and in no guaranteed amount, and may be modified, reduced, discontinued, or passed through at any time without notice.

Infrastructure Behind You

AI & Automation

Two AI agents configured in week one, scaling as the practice grows.

Operations

Operations bench for filings, compliance documentation, billing, reporting, and vendor stack management.

Custody

Client assets are held in the client's name through a third-party custodian, segregated from firm assets, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and final platform terms.

Platform

Client portal, mobile app, rebalancing, billing, reporting, and tax overlay on integrated institutional rails.

What Advisors Keep

Continuity, support, and aligned skin in the game.

Commission continuity
Legacy commission continuity through a third-party broker-dealer relationship.
Capital alignment
Family capital invested in affiliated products and, over time, up to $250,000 of family capital made available for qualifying advisors to manage.
No franchise fees
No franchise-fee style positioning and no need to assemble the stack alone.

Family capital made available for an advisor to manage is discretionary, earned over time, not guaranteed in amount or timing, and subject to firm approval and the affiliation agreement.

Same advisor. Same practice. Different ending.
